Mitchel Forman (født 24. januar 1956 i Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA) er en amerikansk pianist og keyboardspiller.

Forman studerede klaver på Manhattan School of Music. Han har spillet med Gerry Mulligan, Stan Getz, Wayne Shorter, Jack DeJohnette, John Scofield, Bill Evans, Brian Bromberg, Mark Egan, Mike Stern, Gary Burton, Pat Metheny, Simon Phillips, Dennis Chambers, Freddie Hubbard . Mahavishnu Orchestra, og med fusionsgruppen Metro etc. Forman er inspireret af Oscar Peterson, Bill Evans, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, McCoy Tyner og Keith Jarrett. Han har også ledet egne grupper og indspillet en del plader i eget navn.
