Dr. Ralph Stanley (født 25. februar 1927 i McClure, Virginia, død 23. juni 2016[1][2]) var en amerikansk bluegrassmusiker og banjospiller. Sammen med sin bror Carter Stanley spillede han under navnet The Stanley Brothers. De dannede i 1946 bandet Clinch Mountain Boys.
