Region Matam er en region i Senegal med 831.629 indbyggere (2023),[1] og hovedstad i byen Matam der har 27.695 indbyggere (2023).[1]
Det er en flad, tør region afgrænset mod nord af Senegalfloden og mod syd af Sahelsletten, der er oversået med baobabtræer. Matam er befolket af det Pulaar-talende Toucouleurfolk.
