The 1933 Victorian local elections were held on 24 August 1933 to elect the councils of 70 of the local government areas in Victoria, Australia. One council also held a referendum.[1]
Until the 1994 reforms introduced by the Kennett state government, all local elections were staggered, with not all councillors up for election each year.[2]
Voters in the City of Mordialloc were asked the following: "Are you in favour of the continuation of the present system of allowing social games only to be played on the council reserves, and those under its control, on Sundays?"
