The condition of a fourth-round pick in the 2009 Entry Draft was met when Rolston signed with New Jersey on July 1, 2008.
4. Minnesota's acquired fourth-round pick went to Edmonton as the result of a trade on June 27, 2009, that sent the rights to Kyle Brodziak and a sixth-round pick in the 2009 Entry Draft to Minnesota in exchange for a fifth-round pick in 2009 Entry Draft and this pick.
