Jodie Burrage and Jil Teichmann defeated Léolia Jeanjean and Valeriya Strakhova in the final, 6–1, 6–4 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Transylvania Open.[1][2]

Kirsten Flipkens and Laura Siegemund were the reigning champions,[3] but Flipkens retired from professional tennis in July 2023 and Siegemund chose to compete in Nanchang instead.
