2023–24 Volleyleague is the 56th national Championship and the 14th under the Volleyleague name. The league is organized by E.S.A.P. [el] with 9 teams participating. Championship started on Saturday 28 October 2023.[1]
Teams
In 2023–24 Volleyleague participate teams classified in the first eight positions in 2022–23 Volleyleague Greece [el] and Kalamata 1980 [el] was promoted from Pre League [el]. ΑΕΚ was denied promotion due do incurred debts.[2] Initially a team from Pre League was going to receive a wild card, however it was decided not to award one [3]

Championship playoffs
Teams that occupied the first 4 positions of the scoreboard, will enter Championship playoff round to determine the winner of Volleyleague 2023–24.
Championship playoff are determined in best-of-three series. Teams in positions 1 and 2 at the end of Regular season have home advantage. [4]
Playoff to determine positions 5 to 7 will be held in round robin format, with each team playing two matches against the other two. [17] Teams are carrying points from regular season. Winner of positions 5–7 playoffs qualifies for 2024-25 CEV cup. Second placed team qualifies for Volleyball Balkan cup.[18]
