Beşiktaş 2024–25 football season
The 2024–25 season is the 122nd season in the history of Beşiktaş Süper Lig . In addition to the domestic league , the club is participating in the Turkish Cup , the Turkish Super Cup , and the UEFA Europa League .
On 5 June 2024, the Istanbul -based club unveiled Dutch manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst .[ 1] [ 2]
On 18 January 2025, Besiktas appointed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as head coach on a one-and-a-half-year contract.[ 3]

Notes
^ Due to a strain on Israel–Turkey relations related to the Israel–Hamas war , Turkish authorities requested the Beşiktaş v Maccabi Tel Aviv match be played outside of Turkey at a neutral venue. Therefore, Beşiktaş will play this home match at Nagyerdei Stadion, Debrecen, Hungary, instead of their regular stadium, Beşiktaş Park , Istanbul . Following a request from local authorities, it will also be played behind closed doors .[ 38]
