I would like to contest this speedy deletion.
This draft was written and carefully reviewed by a human editor prior to submission. While drafting assistance tools may have been used to help structure the article, the content has been manually checked for accuracy, neutrality, and compliance with Wikipedia policies.
The article is based on independent reliable sources including Reuters, Engineering News-Record, and regional business journalism, and it has been intentionally written in a minimal, non-promotional style consistent with WP:GNG, WP:ORG, and WP:NPOV.
I have a conflict of interest and have disclosed this on my user page, and therefore submitted the article through Articles for Creation rather than directly to mainspace in accordance with WP:COI guidelines.
I am happy to make any revisions needed to address concerns, including improving citations, adjusting tone, or clarifying sourcing.
