Comment: Please know that the English Wikipedia tends to be stricter than other language Wikipedias. Here, it isn't enough to tell of the existence of the company and its activities, we want to know what others choose on their own to say is important/significant/influential about the company.(WP:ORG) 331dot (talk) 09:56, 12 November 2025 (UTC)

Booli Search Technologies AB is a Swedish technology company that operates the housing website Booli, a Swedish search service for homes for sale with information about prices and valuations. The company was founded in 2007 and was the first housing site in Sweden to openly display final sale prices for homes online.[1] Since 2016, the company has been a subsidiary of SBAB Bank.
Operations
Booli collects and presents information about homes for sale, final sale prices, and valuations to increase transparency in the Swedish housing market. The site also offers tools for property valuation, price statistics, and real estate agent comparisons through its sister service Hittamäklare.[1]
The company is headquartered in Stockholm and has around 50 employees.[2] Booli has over eleven million visits per month and is one of Sweden's largest housing websites.[1]
Ownership
Since 2016, Booli, together with Hittamäklare, has been part of the SBAB Bank group. The acquisition was made to broaden SBAB's offering in mortgage and housing economy services.[3]
History
Booli was founded in 2007 by Peo Nilsson[4] and Mikael Arborelius[5]. Together with, among others, Anders Kyhlstedt[6], Kalle Nilvér[7] and Joakim Timgren[8], the site was developed with the goal of making the housing market in Sweden more transparent by collecting data from broker websites and presenting it openly to the public.[9]
Since 2019, Sebastian Wickert has been the company's CEO.[10]
Services
The website offers services such as a search function for homes for sale throughout Sweden and historical sale prices for properties.
