Btwentyfour is a Swiss software company that develops SaaS platforms for retail supply‑chain data exchange. The company is legally based in Zug, Switzerland.[1]
The company was founded in 2000 by Ulf Hallman.[2]
In August 2025, trade media reported a planned leadership transition with Markus Klahn becoming chief executive officer and founder Ulf Hallman moving to a board role.[3][4]
