CKH Group (CKH) is a CPA and professional services firm founded in 2003 comprised of two main entities - CKH CPAs and Advisors, LLC (CKH CPA's) for attest services and CKH Consulting, LLC (CKH Consulting) for non-attest services. The firm is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.^[1]

The CKH Consulting division is a government contractor under the GSA schedule^[2], as well as an approved National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) CPE (Continuing Professional Education) Sponsor.^[3] Their CKH CPAs division is a registered public accounting firm.^[4] CKH Group has been involved in multiple government audit and accounting contracts throughout the Southeastern United States that has impacted the compliance of those government entities.

In 2003, Harry Catrakilis, CPA, founded CKH Group, through the acquisition of a local accounting firm. The firm's first name was Ariail, Catrakilis & Company, CPA's P.C.^[5]

In 2014, the firm acquired another Atlanta-based accounting firm and renamed the combined entity 'Catrakilis Kraitzick & Hrabova, LLC, which is the origin of the 'CKH' name.^[6]

In 2021, the firm officially rebranded to CKH Group.^[7]

In 2024, the firm was awarded its first General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract.^[2] During this time they also opened their first secondary office location within the US, located in Hawkinsville, GA.^[8][9]

In 2025, they were awarded a government contract with NASA.^[10][11]

CKH Group's headquarters is in Atlanta, Georgia in the 'queen' (Concourse V) building at the Concourse and Landmark Center. CKH also has one other US office location in Hawkinsville, GA. While the firm exclusively serves US-based clients, CKH Group has five offices across the world, including Cape Town, South Africa, Athens, Greece, Poznań, Poland, Baku, Azerbaijan, and Kyiv, Ukraine.

In addition, CKH Group has remote employees who live in other states or countries including California, Spain, Italy, UK, Cyprus, and the Philippines.^[12] CKH Group has approx. 200+ professionals globally.

As of 2025, CKH Group has been led by CEO Kateryna (Kate) Kudrenko, CPA^[13] and executive chairman Nick Catrakilis, Esq. The leadership team also includes Chief Tax Officer Frank D'Urban Jackson, CPA and Chief Financial Officer Eon van Wyk, CPA.^{[14] [15]}

CKH's services include tax, accounting, assurance (audit), and advisory services to individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and government entities.^[16] The firm services clients with a wide range of sizes and in a variety of industries including consumer goods, manufacturing, IT and telecommunications, wholesaling and retailing, restaurant and hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and construction and real estate.^[17] CKH Group also provides services to government entities and nonprofits. Their primary service area is the the southeastern United States with government clients in Georgia and South Carolina.^[18]

CKH Group is publicly known in the state of Georgia and southeast United States due to it's government accounting and auditing engagements with municipalities and government agencies. News sources local to CKH's county or city clients discuss CKH Group as their contractor for government audit and accounting services, as well as the impact of their findings or services.^[19] This range of government clients includes cities, counties, chamber of commerces, or other government entities.^[20]
