Callum Terry Bates (born 28 September 2005) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Everton.[1]
Career
A product of the Everton academy, he signed a professional contract with the club in 2022.[2] During the 2023-24 season he played for the club's U21 side in the EFL Trophy.[3] He signed a new contract with the club in the summer of 2024.[4] During the 2024-25 season he was called-up to train with the Everton first-team.[5] He was named amongst the match day substitutes in the Premier League for the first time on 9 November 2024 against West Ham United.[6] He signed a two-year contract extension with Everton in July 2025.[7] He was named amongst the match day substitutes in the FA Cup for the third round tie against Sunderland on 10 January 2026 but continues with the U21 side.[8][9]
