Cell Block Compilation II: Face/Off (1998)
Following the commercial and underground success of the debut, the second installment, Cell Block Compilation II: Face/Off, was released on June 30, 1998.[3] This iteration expanded its musical scope, running over 100 minutes across a double-disc CD format.[3] It features production from Ant Banks, Blackjack, and Father Dom.[3] Notably, the album is highly regarded for containing rare collaborative tracks, including "I Can't Turn Back" featuring 2Pac and Spice 1, alongside appearances by Mac Mall, B-Legit, and San Quinn.[4]

Cell Block Compilation: Greatest Hits (2020)
On August 21, 2020, Dangerous Music officially released a 20-track remastered retrospective titled Cell Block Compilation: Greatest Hits across major digital streaming networks.[5] Curated again by Too $hort, the digital album brought rare vinyl and cassette tracks from the 1996 and 1998 pressings into the modern digital streaming era, retaining seminal tracks from 2Pac, E-40, Seagram, and The Luniz.[5]
