Draft:Communify

Communify is an American financial services technology company that is headquartered in Santa Monica, California.[1]

Launched in 2024, Communify offers a digital platform that aggregates financial market data and insights from various sources and news media.[1][2] The platform is designed to allow financial firms to create customized presentations of the data for their clients.[1]

History

Communify was established by Just Build It (JBI), a technology investment firm founded by former InvestCloud CEO John Wise.[1][3] JBI focuses on helping early-stage financial software companies grow.[3]

In August 2024, Communify (in partnership with Stellex Capital Management) acquired Fincentric from S&P Global.[4] Fincentric, formerly known as Markit on Demand, was a mobile applications and website developer for retail brokerages and financial institutions.[1] The two entities merged and became known as Communify Fincentric, with Wise serving as Chairman and CEO.[2]

In October 2025, Communify acquired Empaxis Data Management, a middle- and back-office outsourcing and data management services provider for investment firms.[5]

Technology

Communify's platform utilizes a proprietary AI model known as MIND (Market Intelligent News Discovery).[6] MIND uses a deterministic framework in which outputs are linked to specific data sources and predefined analytical models rather than probabilistic inference.[6]

As of December 2025, the company's technology served an estimated 85% of online brokerages in North America.[1]
