Comment: Most companies will not get over the notability hurdle in English Wikipedia. There is a requirement for corporate depth. See WP:SIRS and the two sections below on corporate depth and corporate trivia. Things like IPO, M&A, company press releases (and dressed up versions thereof) are all corporate trivia. You would need in depth secondary coverage by a reliable source like the Wall Street Journal or the Financial Times, or an academic study of the company. And multiple such examples. Concorde MB Partners Ltd. (CMBP) is a Budapest-based financial advisory firm in Hungary.[1][2]The company provides services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising including Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and listings on the Budapest Stock Exchange.[3][4], and corporate finance, focusing on the Hungarian and Central European markets.[5]
Corporate history
The company was formed in 2015 following the merger of Concorde Corporate Finance Ltd. and MB Partners Ltd.[6][7] It operates as an independent entity within the Concorde Group framework. The firm's managing partners are Gábor Szendrői and Kálmán Nagy.[8]
Partnerships and networks
Concorde MB Partners is the Hungarian member of the International Mergers and Acquisitions Partnership (IMAP), a global network of transaction advisory firms.[9] The firm acts as a local representative for cross-border M&A transactions within this network.[10]
