Cyberoo S.p.A. is an European cybersecurity company headquartered in Reggio Emilia, Italy.[1][2] The company operates in cybersecurity, providing managed cybersecurity services, including managed detection and response, threat intelligence, incident response and cybersecurity consulting.[3][4] It has been listed on AIM Italia, now Euronext Growth Milan, since 7 October 2019.[5][6]
History
Cyberoo was admitted to trading on AIM Italia, now Euronext Growth Milan, on 7 October 2019. The listing raised €7.15 million through the issue of 2.5 million new shares.[7]
In December 2019, the company signed an agreement with Ivan Puluj National Technical University in Ternopil, Ukraine, focused on research, development and cybersecurity training.[8] In 2021, it also began working with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Cremona on technology transfer and cybersecurity education.[9]
In 2021, Cyberoo bought 51 percent of Cyber Division S.r.l., a cybersecurity company based in Novara. Cyber Division worked on vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, ethical hacking and incident response. It was later renamed Cyberoo Docetz S.r.l.[10]
In 2023, Cyberoo opened an office in Poland, including an Intelligence Security Operations Center for second-level security operations.[11]
Activities
Cyberoo works in cybersecurity and managed IT infrastructure. Its work includes threat detection, monitoring of digital exposure, incident response, governance and compliance services, people security, and protection of corporate IT systems.[12]
