Comment: Hello, this is 16dvnk. Unfortunately, the draft does not follow WP:MOS and uses many unreliable sources. WP:OR. Please keep up the work, and thank you very much for you attention. 16dvnk (talk) 14:31, 31 May 2026 (UTC)
Comment: Please add to the existing article, the article makes little sense without the context of Deer Valley. The Deer Valley#Climate and terrain section appears to be ripe for expansion. ~ A412 talk! 05:37, 23 May 2026 (UTC)
Comment: In accordance with Wikipedia's Conflict of interest guideline, I disclose that I have a conflict of interest regarding the subject of this article. Mitchell da king (talk) 15:45, 21 May 2026 (UTC)

The Daly Chutes are a series of 10 chutes in Deer Valley's Empire area. The chutes are widely considered Deer Valley's only true "expert terrain."[1][unreliable source?] The most difficult chutes are 4-7 where pitches can sometimes exceed 45 degrees.[2][unreliable source?][3][unreliable source?] The chutes vary in difficulty depending on which line you chose with 10 being the mellowest and 5 being the most difficult. Chutes 5 and 6 also require mandatory air off a rock band about halfway down. Due to the steepness and lack of snowmaking, the chutes are one of the most hit-or-miss terrain areas at the resort.[4][unreliable source?] The Daly Chutes are also one of the two hike-to terrain areas present at the resort. Chutes 1 through 3 are included in the Daly Bowl. All of the chutes (excluding 4, 5, and 6) are tree lined.
