Declan Henry is a British politician, elected to represent the Fazakerley North on Liverpool City Council.[1]

Politics

Declan joined Liverpool City Council as a member of the Labour Group following his election in July 2024.[2]

As well as his role as a ward councillor, he is a member of the Planning Committee and the Culture and Economy Scrutiny Committee.[3]

In September 2025, Declan was appointed by Liverpool City Council to represent all Liverpool residents as a partnership governor at the Walton Centre Neurological Hospital.[4]
