Easy4Pro is a software company, specialised in transport management system (TMS). Founded in 2016[1], it has its head quarters in Contern, Luxembourg. Easy4Pro operates as part of Redspher Group.

History

Easy4Pro operates as part of Redspher.

Redspher is a Luxembourg-based logistics group formed in March 2018[2] from the rebranding and merge of Flash Europe International S.A. a European urgent-transport company and "The easy companies"[3] an incubator co-founded by Eurazeo[4] and Flash Europe International S.A.

Easy4Pro was born from the need to serve a niche market "specialising in 'special shipments,' commonly referred to as 'on-demand deliveries'"[5]. Market not covered by traditional TMS on the Gartners Magic quadrant for TMS. This allowed the company to enter by a side door to a market with established leaders.

Development of the platform was financed by Flash Europe International S.A.m an expedited-freight logistics provider headqueartered in Contern, Luxembourg since 1981.[6][7] The auction tool officially launched in November 2016.[6]

Easy4Pro is one six companies then operating under the Redspher group focused on on-demand delivery, describing it as a "web-based solution for managing spot-market transport" ("solution web de gestion des transports spot").[2]

Through the years, it's growth thanks to no "one-size-fits-all" logistics model and highlights the platform's goal of achieving mass customization to support each customer's specific strategy.[8]

It's advanced predictivity modules, allow to establish the right balance between freight modes,[9] making it the usage increase and further growth possible.

Products and services

Easy4Pro's platform is organized into four modules,[10] that ensure the efficient magement thanks to a hybrid approach.[11]

  • Procurement - carrier sourcing across pre-negotiated rates, spot-market bidding, and spot-tendering.
  • Tracking - shipment tracking and carrier communication.
  • Finance - invoice matching, cost-adjustment validate, and freight audit.
  • Data - reporting and business-intelligence dashboards on freight spending and carrier performance.

The company also offers optional managed services, including a dedicated transport-operation desk and freight-invoice plus financial intermediation.[10]

A 2018 case study of the platform's use by automotive supplier Faurecia recorded 899 urgent-shipment auctions conducted in 2017, with an estimated €235.000,00 saved against the highest bids received and roughly 8,540 staff-hours saved on order processing.[6]

The platform is positioned as specialized in time-sensitive, non-routine "special shipments" (also called on-demand deliveries) as distinct from regular planned freight, combining software-as-a-service tools with consulting and transport-management services.[8]

Business model

Easy4Pro operates as part of Redspher.[10]

Currently not a public traded company, the exact revenue of Easy4Pro is not disclosed. Estimations place it around 250M€[12] for 2025.

Redspher's broader business, according to the same 2018 independent trade-press coverage, was described as combining several complementary logistics-technology companies into a single operating platform, with group-wide revenue reported at €258 million in 2017[2] and above €350 million 2026.[13]

Leadership

Ignacio Tirado has served as Managing Director of Easy4Pro since November 2019.[14]
