Ergovent, UAB is a Lithuanian company that manufactures components for mechanical ventilation systems, including concealed ventilation diffusers intended for installation in plasterboard ceilings and walls.[1][2] The company is registered in Biruliškės, Kaunas District Municipality, Lithuania.[1]

History

Ergovent, UAB was registered in Lithuania on 3 September 2019.[1] Lithuanian company registry information published by Rekvizitai.lt states that the company was originally registered under the legal form of a small partnership and changed its legal form to a private limited liability company on 4 March 2021.[3]

In 2023, Verslo žinios reported that the company's RONDO ventilation diffuser had received a Red Dot Design Award in a heating, ventilation and air conditioning product-design category.[2] The Red Dot Design Award database separately lists ERGOVENT RONDO as a 2023 Product Design entry and identifies Ergovent, JSC, Kaunas, Lithuania, as the manufacturer.[4] The same Verslo žinios article reported that the product had also received a German Innovation Award 2023 distinction and a Design Plus award at ISH 2023.[2]

In 2024, the Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts reported that Ergovent had been named a regional winner in the Lithuanian Export Prize competition. According to the chamber, the award was given in relation to export growth, expansion into export markets, and job creation.[5] The same event coverage was also published by Lrytas.[6]

Products

Ergovent manufactures ventilation diffusers designed to be integrated into plasterboard ceilings and walls.[2][7] The company's products include gypsum supply and exhaust diffusers and linear diffusers used as terminal devices in ducted ventilation systems.[7]

In an article about ventilation systems distributed by Lindab, Architektura i Biznes described two Ergovent product types: a gypsum supply/exhaust anemostat offered in round and square versions, and a linear diffuser designed for installation in plasterboard ceilings or walls.[7] The article stated that the round and square versions were offered under the RONDO and KVADRO names, and that the devices used standard duct connection diameters of 100 mm, 125 mm, or 160 mm.[7]

Recognition

Ergovent products have been listed in several international design-award databases. The Red Dot Design Award database lists ERGOVENT RONDO as a 2023 Product Design award entry.[4] Messe Frankfurt's Design Plus powered by ISH 2023 winners list includes "Ergovent frameless ventilation diffuser - Rondo" and lists ERGOVENT, UAB as both manufacturer and designer.[8] The iF Design Award database lists ERGOVENT LINEO PRO as a 2025 Product Design entry in the Building Technology category.[9]

Public funding and export activity

A Lithuanian public database of 2021–2027 European Union investment projects lists a project by UAB Ergovent related to non-technological innovation, design, process or organisational innovation, and brand development for integration into international value chains.[10] The project record lists the contract start date as 26 November 2024 and the planned completion date as 26 November 2026.[10]
