Explore Real Asia (ERA) is a destination management company (DMC) headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, founded by Hoang Thi Mai on December 19, 2006.^[1] The company organizes tailor-made and group tours for international travelers visiting Vietnam and other Asian countries.

The company was established in Hanoi in 2006.^[1] In April 2015, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism selected Explore Real Asia as one of 15 travel firms to represent Vietnam at the Global Exhibition on Services (GES) in New Delhi, India.^[2] ERA subsequently participated in the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) in 2019^[3] and the ITB Berlin travel trade show in Germany in 2020.^[4]

In 2019, American journalist Dominick A.
