FusionWorks (legal name AG Computer SRL) is a software development company based in Chișinău, Moldova, specializing in product development, staff augmentation and IT community initiatives. The company was founded in 2011 by Genadii Ganebnyi and Anton Perkin.[1] FusionWorks organizes Moldova DevCon,[2] the biggest developer event in Moldova. The company is part of FUSION,[3] a group of companies focused on Technology, Education, Community, and Humanity.
History
FusionWorks was established in 2011 in Moldova. The company serves clients across industries, including e-commerce, finance, healthcare, food tech, logistics, insurance, real estate, education and others, with customers in 22 countries.[4]
In 2023, FusionWorks obtained ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality management) certifications from TÜV Austria. The same year, the company received the special jury prize at the Moldova Innovation Awards.[5]
In 2024, the company launched FusionWorks Academy,[6][7] a platform with online courses. In 2025, it released angen.ai,[8] an AI-based full-cycle software development tool.

Community involvement
FusionWorks has supported DeveloperMD, a local IT community, since the company's founding, and has organized Moldova DevCon, the largest developer conference in Moldova. In 2014, it introduced ITCoffee to Moldova - a community meetup concept inspired by Seattle's tech scene (150+ meetups).
That same year, FusionWorks became the general partner of Generator Hub, a coworking space in Chișinău. The company has also contributed to initiatives such as Rails Girls Chișinău, BEST Chisinau, and the European BEST Engineering Competition.
