Generational Group is a North American investment banking firm.[1][2][3][4]
History
Generational Group was founded in 2005 by Dr. John Binkley and his son, Ryan Binkley, and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.[5] Ryan Binkley is the current CEO of the firm.[6][7][8] The company has 16 offices across North America.[9]
In 2018, firm moved its headquarters from Dallas to Richardson, Texas.[10][11] Tom Watson was signed as the brand ambassador of the firm in 2024.[12] By May of 2025, the firm has successfully closed over 1700 transactions.[13]
Partnerships and endorsements
In 2021, Generational Group formed a marketing alliance with professional golfer Jack Nicklaus, which included his participation in client and charitable events and the company's involvement in strategic planning initiatives at Nicklaus Companies.[14]
In 2023, the company signed a name, image, and likeness (NIL) sponsorship agreement with amateur golfer Anna Davis.[15] In 2025, Generational Group entered into an ambassador agreement with PGA Tour professional Michael Kim,[16] and former professional golfer Justin Leonard was also announced as a brand ambassador for the company.[17]
