Interluxe Group (formerly Interluxe) is a global marketing agency headquartered in New York City.[1][2]

The current Interluxe Group was formed after North & Warren, a lifestyle media and marketing company, acquired Interluxe in 2025.[3] The combined organization was rebranded as Interluxe Group in early 2026.[3]

History

North & Warren was founded as a media and marketing company.[4] The company acquired media brands Remodelista and Gardenista in 2024.[4] The original Interluxe was incorporated in 2017 as an experiential marketing company.[5]

Following an investment from Mountaingate Capital, North & Warren acquired Interluxe in 2025.[1] North & Warren acquired Quinn later that year.[1][6] In 2026, Interluxe Group acquired a performance marketing agency, adMixt.[7][8] Following the acquisitions of Quinn and adMixt, the company adopted the Interluxe Group name in early 2026.[3]

Interluxe Group is headquartered in New York City.[1] The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Nick Van Sicklen.[7] Interluxe Group employs more than 130 people and maintains offices in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and London.[3][1]

The company provides marketing services including experiential marketing, strategic communications, lifestyle media, performance marketing, public relations, media strategy, digital advertising, and event marketing.[2][3]
