History

Jack Turco was born in 1998 in Libertyville, Illinois. Prior to taking up rowing, he played a variety of "ball sports", such as American football and baseball, during high school. However, after he began attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he decided to take up rowing, despite never having done so before.

During his time as a rower, he began experimenting with various diets.

However, many of his later videos, which were released after he stopped rowing, were criticized as "clout chasing", and being part of a diet he does not truly follow. Examples include a video of him eating a butter-topped steak cooked from hot water from his sink.
