Jayfyn (born Fred Yaw Ntiamoah, 16 December 1993) is a Ghanaian music producer, recording artist, and sound engineer from Tema, Ghana. He is known for his work in Afrobeats, hip-hop, and hiplife, collaborating with prominent Ghanaian musicians including Kwesi Arthur, Black Sherif, Kofi Mole, Twitch 4EVA, Alberto, Pambour, Abena Rockstar, and Medikal. Jayfyn also founded the recording studio and platform Kushesha, which supports upcoming Ghanaian artists.
Early life
Fred Yaw Ntiamoah was born on 16 December 1993 in Tema, Ghana. He developed an interest in music production and sound engineering at a young age, experimenting with beat-making and recording local artists. He later established his own recording studio to provide young musicians with access to professional production and collaboration opportunities.
Career
Jayfyn began his career producing and mixing songs for emerging artists in Tema. He is credited with producing **"Ade Akye"**, the first song on Kwesi Arthur's *Live from Nkrumah Krom* EP, and contributed to **"Anthem"**, which won Best Hip-Hop Song at a major Ghanaian music award.[1]
He produced and mixed multiple songs on Kwesi Arthur's *This Is Not The Tape 3*, including:
