Draft:Jedox

  • Comment: I recall seeing some of the sources that are being used here as identical to the previously-deleted article, namely the Badische Zeitung sources (I may have also seen at least one other source in a BEFORE, but I'm not for sure for sure. In any case the sources that have been presented make it clear that this is a case of WP:NOTCRUNCHBASE and the article would likely not meet WP:NCORP. netstars22 (talk) 19:30, 1 April 2026 (UTC)
  • Comment: All of these sources included in the draft would have been evaluated as part of the AfD. I looked again and also did a quick WP:BEFORE and this does not come close to meeting WP:NCORP in my opinion. CNMall41 (talk) 17:52, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
  • Comment: The sources are labeled retrieved in December 2025; which was before the AfD which unanimously decided to delete this page and this was re-submitted based on comment from one editor suggesting Deletion Review would fail. Since these aren't sources that came into existence after the AfD wrapped, I don't think trying to re-spawn the article by convincing one AfC reviewer to put it online is ideal and personally, I think it should go to deletion review. • Comment: Hello, I am submitting this draft as part of my work for Beutler Ink, on behalf of the German company Jedox, for review by independent editors. Because I have a financial conflict of interest, I do not directly create articles.
A previous version of the article was deleted. This draft uses entirely different sources from the previous article. Based on that and this discussion with Asilvering about German sources, I believe the company may be notable.

This draft uses entirely different sources from the previous article.

, no it doesn't. You named those "different" sources in the AfD and the discussion still closed with a unanimous decision to delete the article. If they were good sources that support notability, I believe someone would've added them into the article space during AfD. Graywalls (talk) 22:27, 4 April 2026 (UTC)

Jedox is a German based enterprise performance management software company founded by Kristian Raue in 2002.

History

Jedox was founded in 2002 by Kristian Raue and his wife Gabriele in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, after the two moved there specifically to start an IT company. Jedox began as a developer of data analytic software.[1][2]

By 2013, it had a revenue of 8 million euro and 90 employees.[1] The next year, in 2014, Raue sold the company to eCapital and Wecken & Cie.[3]

By 2021 Jedox was developing enterprise performance management software. It does not disclose current revenue figures but in 2018 was estimated by the Bundesanzeiger to be 23.1 million euro and estimated by Badische Zeitung to be higher by 2021.[4]

During a 2018 funding round, Florian Winterstein became Jedox's chief executive officer.[5] In January 2021, Jedox secured over $100 million in a Series C round led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors IRIS, eCAPITAL, and Wecken & Cie.[4][5]

Operations

Jedox develops EPM software primarily used by corporate finance departments.[4] The software was used originally in the cloud, focusing on data processing in financial planning. This evolved to include human resource planning and procurement.[5][3]

Jedox has 300 employees, as of 2021. It has German offices in Freiburg im Breisgau, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, as of 2021, as well as in France, United States, Australia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. It has 2,500 customers in 140 countries, as of 2021.[4]

Florian Winterstein is the chief executive officer, as of 2021 and Björn Schmidt was named chief financial officer in 2022.[6][7]
