Jen Rose Smith is an American journalist and author.[1] She is known for her writing about sustainable travel, conservation, and adventure.[2]
Smith is the author of five guidebooks, including the New England Society Book Award–winning New England Road Trip.[3] Her writing has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Globe and Mail, National Geographic, CNN, Outside, Condé Nast Traveler, AFAR, among others.[4] She has been anthologized in books including The Best Women's Travel Writing.[5]
