Comment: Fails WP:NACTOR - YouTube and IMDb are not acceptable or reliable secondary sources. Noting Wikipedia does not support the posting of personal autobiographies - clearly WP:SELFPROMOTION. Dan arndt (talk) 05:04, 30 June 2026 (UTC)

Jeremy Matthew Cook (born May 29, 2006) is an American actor, director and film producer. In his young career Jeremy has starred in several short films including Monster Therapy (2025), Jekyll and Hyde (2025), Ichabod: The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (2025) and A Tony and Co. Christmas Carol (2025). He also received 12 awards throughout high school highlighting an astounding career of many performing and technical achievements.[1]
Jeremy Matthew Cook was born on May 29, 2006, in Valencia, California. It was in the Santa Clarita Valley that Jeremy grew up with his brothers Jonathan Cook, Justin Cook, and Joseph Cook. The four brothers, always by each other's side, used their imaginations and creative genes to put on plays, concerts, magic shows, puppet shows, etc. for their parents, who were always willing to indulge their wonderful children.
In 2010, Jeremy sparked his passion for the performing arts when he made his theatrical debut at the age of four as a Bunny in the West Ranch High School production of Into the Woods[2]. Jeremy would go on to star in seven more West Ranch High School productions, thanks to his father who was the director of the school's theater arts program. His performances included the Baby Kangaroo in Seussical[3], Snow White's Dwarf in a second production of Into the Woods, a Passenger in Anything Goes, Kevin (originally Karen) in Night of the Living Dead, and a table in Blithe Spirit (play). He also starred in two original musicals written by the program's students.[4]
In February of 2020, Jeremy welcomed his fourth brother, completing the brotherhood. During the second half of 2020, in the midst of COVID-19, the Cook brothers put their minds together to create several short films, including Crime Detectives parts 1, 2 and 3, which would eventually be compiled with Resurrection: A Crime Detectives Story into Crime Detectives: The Feature Film. Jeremy learned a lot about creative storytelling and filmmaking during this time and has since continued to develop his skills, shaping him into the young filmmaker he is today.
In February of 2021, while Jeremy was in his freshman year of high school, the family moved to Rigby, Idaho. In his sophomore year, Jeremy joined the Rigby High School theater group (the Troyplayers) and was immediately casted into the role of Pugsley Addams in The Addams Family (musical)[5] for which he won the award for Best Supporting Actor. He then starred as a Gypsy in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (musical)[6], Professor Beasly in The Murderous Mansion of Mr. Uno by Don Zolidis and Mercutio in The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet by Peter Bloedel. He also starred as Them in A Play with Words by Peter Bloedel at the Idaho State University High School Theatre One-Act Competition, for which he won Best Supporting Performer, completing an incredibly transformative sophomore year. During this year, Jeremy learned a lot as a person and as an actor would have lots to show for it.
In his junior year of high school, Jeremy starred as A Very Tall Man, Clumsy Longbottom and the Second Headmaster in the Harry Potter spin off play Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic, the Captain in Anything Goes[7] (for which he won Best Supporting Actor) Professor in Tracks by Peter Tarsi at the Idaho State University High School Theatre One-Act Competition (where they won the Top 3 award) and Lemon in an original murder mystery play.
In his senior year of high school, Jeremy starred in the chorus of Antigone (Sophocles play), as Eddie in Mamma Mia! (musical) (for which he won Best Supporting Actor) Puck in Cobweb Dreams by Lindsay Price and William Shakespeare at the Idaho State University High School Theatre One-Act Competition (where they won 1st place, receiving the Best in Show award)[8] and Spy 3 in the original children's theatre play The Farnsworth Paradox[9], which was written and directed by the RHS Troyplayers to educate and entertain elementary schoolers about the history of Rigby, Idaho. Jeremy graduated as an International Honor Thespian and with a letter and cord in Theatre Arts.
Jeremy was also the leading light designer for most of the school events including the aforementioned plays and musicals. He won the Best Tech award for his light design for Mamma Mia! (musical).[10][11][12]
