​Jordan Westfall is a Canadian harm reduction advocate and author. He is credited with coining the term "safe supply" within Canadian drug policy[2] and authored "Safe Supply: A Concept,"[3][4]the first formal paper defining the concept[5]. Westfall has served in high-level advisory roles, including as Co-Chair for Health Canada's Expert Advisory Group on Safer Supply.[6] His advocacy has been featured in national media, including the CBC investigative program The Fifth Estate and Ben Perrin's 2020 book Overdose: Heartbreak and Hope in Canada's Opioid Crisis.[7]
