KSS Productions & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., commonly known as KSS Productions & Entertainment, is an Indian film production company based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The company was founded by filmmaker and producer Kan Singh Sodha and is associated with the production of Bengali and Hindi-language films.[1]
History
KSS Productions & Entertainment has been associated with Bengali film productions including Thammar Boyfriend, 8/12 Binay Badal Dinesh, Shrimati and Hridpindo.[2]
The 2016 Bengali film Thammar Boyfriend was directed by Anindya Ghosh and produced by Kan Singh Sodha.[3]
In 2022, Shrimati was released as a Bengali-language film directed by Arjunn Dutta and produced by Kan Singh Sodha.[4]
8/12 Binay Badal Dinesh, directed by Arun Roy and produced by Kan Singh Sodha, was released in 2022. Hridpindo, directed by Shieladitya Moulik and produced by Kan Singh Sodha, was released in 2022.[5]
In 2022, Kan Singh Sodha made his directorial debut with the Hindi short film Dadi Ka Murabba. The film was produced under KSS Productions & Entertainment.[6]
The company also produced the Hindi-language feature film Siniolchu. The Central Board of Film Certification lists Kan Singh Sodha as producer and KSS Productions and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. as the production house.[7]
In 2026, KSS Productions & Entertainment was associated with the Hindi-language film Zorr, directed by Gourab Dutta and produced by Kan Singh Sodha. The Central Board of Film Certification lists KSS Productions and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. as the production house.[8]
