Kanimol (born 1971) is an Indian poet and writer who works primarily in the Malayalam language. She writes across various genres including poetry, short stories, and essays.
Biography
Kanimol was born in 1971 and is a native of the Idukki district in Kerala, India.[1] Professionally, she works as a school teacher. She lives in Mavelikara with her partner, Nooranad Mohan, who is a publisher of literary little magazines.[1]
Literary career
Kanimol is known for her contributions to contemporary Malayalam poetry. Her debut poetry collection was awarded the Kanakashree Award by the Kerala Sahitya Akademi.
