LibreDB Studio is a free and open-source web-based database integrated development environment (IDE). It is developed by LibreDB and released under the MIT License.[1][2]
The software runs in a web browser and can be self-hosted. It provides a graphical interface for querying and managing multiple database systems from one application.[1]
Features
According to the project's documentation and website, LibreDB Studio supports connections to PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis. Deployment options described by the project include Docker and related packaging formats.[1][2]
History
The LibreDB GitHub organization and LibreDB Studio repository were created in late 2025.[2] The project is developed as open-source software; LibreDB also describes a separate commercial platform product alongside the free Studio IDE.[1]
