Acute Rhinosinusitis (ARS) and Otitis Media (AOM): A 2025 trial focusing on pediatric ARS and AOM found that participants receiving LiveSpo NAVAX experienced a 68% reduction in nasal congestion by day 3 and a 97% reduction in rhinorrhea by day 7. These improvements were approximately double the rates observed in the control group.[6][7]
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV): Earlier results from a 2022 trial on children with RSV pneumonia and bacterial co-infection indicated that the nasal-spraying probiotic reduced the required period of oxygen therapy by two days and overall treatment by one day, while treatment effectiveness increased by 58%.[8]
