Lloyd Rayner is a British business executive and technology leader. He currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at a sales prospecting and data enrichment technology company. He previously held leadership roles in growth operations and demand generation at Google Cloud.
Education
Rayner attended the Imperial College Business School in London, where he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, receiving Distinction and being recognised on the Deans List, graduating in 2021.[1]
Career
Rayner began his career focusing on data and analytics, holding early positions at British Gas (Centrica) and Virgin Media. Following a brief period working in the consulting industry, he joined Google as a Program Manager.[1].
During his tenure at Google, Rayner advanced to the role of Head of Marketing Outbound Programs for Demand Generation at Google Cloud. In this capacity, he led a team of marketers and pioneered growth operations that integrated artificial intelligence and generative AI into marketing and sales processes. Rayner worked alongside more than 200 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to scale Google Cloud's outbound telesales channel[2]
