Chris Blair, known professionally as Lostboycrow,[a] is an American singer and musician. Born in Portland, Oregon, he has released four studio albums.

Career

Lostboycrow was born Chris Blair[3] in Portland, Oregon.[4] He originally wanted to be a basketball player,[4] but became interested in music because of a friend showing him Journey,[5] and was encouraged to join a school choir by classmates after jokingly singing a John Mayer song at a drinking fountain.[4] He was friends with Kyle Hill, who later became the drummer of Flor.[5]

In 2014, Blair moved to Los Angeles,[5] and in December released his first single under the name Lostboycrow, "Adolescent".[4] His stage name came from "the tale of the lost boy told by the Crow Nation",[6] and until 2019, he preferred to be known only by Lostboycrow in order to create distance between his personality and his music.[5] Throughout 2015, Blair released multiple singles, including "HiyHiy",[7] "C'est La Vie",[8] "Powers",[7] and "Talk Back To Me".[9] In 2016, he released his debut EP, Sigh for Me.[10]
