Lotame is a global data collaboration and identity solutions company headquartered in the United States. It provides technology to help marketers, agencies, and publishers collect, organize, and activate audience data across digital channels. In 2025, Lotame was acquired by Publicis Groupe and integrated into Epsilon.[1][2]
History
Early Years and Expansion
Lotame was founded in 2006 by Andy Monfried.[1] The company initially focused on helping digital publishers and advertisers better understand and monetize audience data across platforms.
Acquisition of AdMobius (2014)
In March 2014, Lotame acquired AdMobius, a mobile data management platform, expanding its capabilities in mobile and cross-device data management. Coverage of this acquisition appeared in multiple technology publications.[3][4]
Data Collaboration Platform (2024)
