ReplacedMSNBC

My Source News & Opinion World, also known as MS NOW[1], is an upcoming American television network that is going to be owned by Versant. It is the newer replacement of the original MSNBC that is not owned by NBCUniversal, nor its parent Comcast. It will cover only small business news and consuming health news.

History

Regarding to the cord-cutting from NBCUniversal, and cable, news, and business, and the Universal Kids disestablishment on March 6, 2025 (2025-03-06) by NBCUniversal. In August 2025 (2025-08), Mark Lazarus was appointed CEO of Versant. On 6 October 2025 (2025-10-06), MSNBC officially

recalled upon relying on NBC News after the spin-off began as all employees were banned and dismissed indefinitely from all news topics relating to NBC News.[2] Starting off with film tickets company, Fandango, Versant will consume more at the end of 2025, as NBCUniversal starts a new era within only GE-once owned networks like NBC and Bravo and with its streaming service Peacock. Sky News reported that MSNBC will show the new audience MS NOW, in which the peacock logo was replaced by an American red stripe sort of news like shape. Setting to be released on 14 November 2025 (2025-11-14), MS NOW will feature a different business era for their brand which operates small core business news and opinions. Despite being divorced from NBC, Xfinity and Xumo still will continue to use that channel as part of their guide.[3] However, USA Network confirmed they would be bringing back their USA Sports block as part of them and the Golf Channel and NBC divorcing with Comcast confirming to bring back Comcast SportsNet. The spin-off for MSNBC was supposedly going to be viable on November 14, 2025 (2025-11-14) along with the new name.
