The company states that the bags can carry up to 66 lb, with storage capacities ranging from 12 to 25 liters.

The Nanobag product line includes six main styles: Standard tote, XL, Sling, Pack, Micro, and Daypack.

Forbes covered the Nanobag 3.0 in 2019, while The Gadgeteer followed the brand across multiple Kickstarter launches, including the Nanobag 2.0 and Nanobag 4.0.[2][3] Pack Hacker reviewed the Nanobag 3.0, and Yanko Design featured the Nanobag Daypack in 2024.[1][4] The Grommet selected Nanobag as a featured product and named it Product of the Week in March 2024.[5] BuzzFeed named the bag a top product in its February 2026 staff-tested roundup.[6]

Sustainability

Nanobag markets its bags as reusable alternatives to disposable shopping bags. The company states that it plants one tree for every bag sold through Eden: People+Planet (formerly Eden Reforestation Projects), and it is listed by the organization as a Forest Level Partner.[7]
