Einav is a senior physician in the Spine Surgery Unit at Hadassah Medical Center, a tertiary teaching hospital affiliated with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.[2] His clinical work includes spinal trauma, complex spinal disorders, and surgical treatment of cervical and thoracic spine conditions.
He completed fellowship training in spine and trauma surgery at the University of Toronto–affiliated hospitals, including Sunnybrook Hospital and Toronto Western Hospital.[3]

In 2023, Einav was part of a surgical team at Hadassah Medical Center that treated a 12-year-old boy who sustained a severe cervical spine injury (atlanto-occipital dislocation) following a bicycle accident. The procedure preserved neurological function.[4][5][6]
