One First Street is an upcoming television series created by John Mulaney and Neal Katyal for FX.

Production

On June 30th 2025, during the Aspen Ideas Festival, lawyer and legal scholar Neal Katyal revealed that he's co-writing a drama about the Supreme Court alongside comedian and actor John Mulaney.[1][2] On November 5, 2025, Mulaney was seen at the Supreme Court during the oral arguments on Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump to both support Katyal, whom represented V.O.S. Selections, and as research for the project.[2][3] On May 29, 2026, during a panel at the ATX Television Festival, producer Warren Littlefield, who was the recipient of the festival's inaugural Creative Impact Award, revealed that he's executive producing the project, whom it's currently titled One First Street, and is set up at FX.[4]
