One grove is a large-scale mixed-use complex located in Magok-dong, Gangseo District, Seoul, South Korea. The name One Grove combines the word One, meaning uniqueness and singularity, with Grove, meaning a small forest or cluster of trees. It symbolizes both a defining asset of the community and an urban forest within the city.[1] In keeping with thier name, it has a central garden area and large green space in front of the complex. Designed by HAEAHN Architecture[2] and ANU, One Grove is the third largest office and commercial mixed-use complex in Seoul[3]. Gross floor area of the building is 4,632,000 square metres (49,860,000 sq ft). The complex comprises four buildings with seven basement levels and eleven above-ground floor. There are four buildings above-ground that is all connected by the basement level floors.
