Phronetic AI is a technology company that helps businesses verify people's identities using a photo-based identity document, a selfie and artificial intelligence algorithms.[1][2][3]
History
Phronetic AI (Nueromind Technologies Private Limited) was founded in 2020 by Infibeam (now AvenuesAI) dedicated to the AI-enabled fraud detection and prevention market, with an initial focus on the fintech and financial sectors.[4]
In August 2024, the company brought Phronetic. AI's Theia Vision AI technology to five prominent hospitals across India and a major UAE-based gas station chain. And it secured $1 million AI contarct.[5] and it also announced a women's safety feature in 'AI Facility Manager' for CCTVs.[6]
In collaboration with Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Phronetic AI developed anti-deepfake technology specifically tailored for real-time video communication.[7][8]
In July 2025, Phronetic AI partnered with Nawgati Tech to provide AI and Video LLM technology.[9]
In October 2025, Phronetic AI Launched India's first agentic Payment Platform PayCentral.ai which enables AI agents to execute financial transactions for enterprises and merchants.[10]
