Po3 is an emcee, songwriter, and audio engineer based in Oakland, California. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he was involved in the local poetry slam scene during his formative years.
Career
In 2025, Po3 appeared as part of the hip-hop collective thegoodnews., serving as an emcee alongside Del the Funky Homosapien.[1] The group's debut EP, This Just In!, was released via Nature Sounds as an official Record Store Day 2025 exclusive.[2] The project was featured in NPR's "New Music Friday" list for April 2025[3] and was highlighted by Okayplayer as a notable release of the month.[4]
Po3's solo career includes the EPs Irish Coffee (2023) and BIG TRIP ENERGY (2025). He has collaborated with artists including Del the Funky Homosapien, Open Mike Eagle, and Blu.
