Qollateral (Qollateral LLC) is an American asset-backed lending company based in New York City. The company provides secured loans collateralized by luxury goods, including watches, jewelry, diamonds, gold bullion, and handbags.[1] It is registered as a domestic limited liability company in New York State and operates from the International Gem Tower in Manhattan's Diamond District.[1]
History
Qollateral LLC was registered with the New York State Department of State on July 15, 2022.[1] The company's managing partner is Michael Manashirov, and Grigoriy Azayev is named as a partner.[2] It operates from an office at 50 West 47th Street in the International Gem Tower, a building in Manhattan's Diamond District.[1]
Co-founder Michael Manashirov, described as a GIA-trained gemologist, worked in luxury-asset valuation before founding the company.[3]
In 2024, the company filed a United States trademark application for the term "GELOC," describing a gold equity line of credit and related secured-lending and appraisal services.[4] The company has also described offering remote, or "virtual," luxury watch loans.[3]
Services
Qollateral offers collateral loans secured by luxury assets, under which a borrower pledges an item and may reclaim it upon repayment.[3] Categories the company accepts as collateral include luxury watches, diamonds, jewelry, gold and precious-metal bullion, and designer handbags.[3] The company states that pledged assets are stored in a vault at the International Gem Tower and insured by Lloyd's of London, and that it offers same-day funding by cash, check, or wire. New York State business records and consumer directories classify the business under the pawnbroker category.[2]
The company's stated services include a gold equity line of credit marketed as "GELOC" and a remote watch-loan process for clients outside New York City.[4][3]
