Comment: Insufficient demonstration of corporate depth under WP:SIRS. Look at that section and the corporate trivia section. The latter includes M&A and funding. The sources here are in that category rather than giving significant coverage of the business itself. It is a tough barrier, relatively few organisations can demonstrate it. History
QorusDocs was founded in 2012. The company was originally established by a small team in Cape Town, South Africa, and later established its headquarters in Bellevue, Washington. QorusDocs is led by Chief Executive Officer Ray Meiring.

At the time of the 2022 funding, GeekWire reported that QorusDocs’ customers included Teladoc Health, Hitachi, CDW, and four of the top 20 global law firms.
In July 2025, QorusDocs acquired Shark Finesse, a United Kingdom based company known for software that helps companies build ROI driven business cases.[3] The acquisition broadened QorusDocs’ focus beyond proposal writing and added five Shark Finesse employees to QorusDocs, bringing the company’s headcount to approximately 75 people.[4]
The acquisition expanded QorusDocs’ product focus to include value management and business-case software.
