QorusDocs is a software company based in Bellevue, Washington. The company develops software used by sales, business development, proposal, and marketing teams to create and manage proposals, requests for proposal responses, pitches, presentations, statements of work, and business cases. Its software integrates with Microsoft 365 applications.

QorusDocs was founded in 2012. The company was originally established by a small team in Cape Town, South Africa, and later established its headquarters in Bellevue, Washington. QorusDocs is led by Chief Executive Officer Ray Meiring.

In 2020, QorusDocs raised $5 million^[1], and in 2022, QorusDocs raised an additional $10 million^[2]. Both funding rounds were led by WestRiver Group. At the time of the 2022 funding, GeekWire reported that QorusDocs’ customers included Teladoc Health, Hitachi, CDW, and four of the top 20 global law firms.

In July 2025, QorusDocs acquired Shark Finesse, a United Kingdom based company known for software that helps companies build ROI driven business cases.^[3] The acquisition broadened QorusDocs’ focus beyond proposal writing and added five Shark Finesse employees to QorusDocs, bringing the company’s headcount to approximately 75 people.^[4]
