Reflejo is a U.S.-based Christian nonprofit organization that mobilizes and supports Latin American missionaries serving in cross-cultural contexts, particularly among unreached populations.[1]

History

Reflejo was founded in 2020 by Dave Matthews in response to structural gaps in missionary sending within Latin America.[2] According to a 2024 article by Novo, many Latin American Christians who felt called to cross-cultural missions were unable to pursue that calling due to limited access to training, funding, and sending organizations.
