Samuel Joseph Lloyd (born 4 September 1997) is an English football referee from Newport, Wales who currently officiates in the Cymru Leagues[1]
Lloyd begun his refereeing career at the age of twenty before being promoted into the Cymru Leagues in 2026. He had been refereeing in the Ardal Leagues for several seasons before his promotion into the Welsh second tier.
Early life
Samuel Joseph Lloyd was born on 4 September 1997 in Blackburn, Lancashire, and brought up in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire. In 2009, Lloyd started secondary school attending Lacon Childe School in Shropshire, and later attended Worcester Sixth Form College and Swansea University. Category:Football Referees Category:Wales
