Sanabil Investments is an investment company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that is wholly owned by the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF). Established in 2009, it focuses on private investments, including venture capital, growth capital, and small buyouts. According to it's website, Sanabil invests approximately $3 billion annually.[1] It has made dozens of investments in companies, venture capital funds, and private equity funds, including Blackstone, KKR & Co., Andreessen Horowitz, 500 Global, and General Atlantic.[2][3]

As of May 2026, its chairman is Yasir bin Othman Al-Rumayyan, and its CEO is Abdullah Abduljabbar. Its board of directors includes Adib Alzamil, Mansour Almaiman, Abdullah Alabdulgader, Ibrahim Alromaih, and Turki Alnowaiser.[4]

In April of 2023, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman transferred 4 percent of state-owned stock in Saudi Aramco — worth nearly US$80 billion at the time — to Sanabil.[5][6]

In 2025, Sanabil partnered with Redesign Health to "launch and scale healthcare companies in Saudi Arabia."[7] Later that year, Sanabil led a $100 funding round in SILQ Group, a B2B e-commerce and logistics platform,[8] and a $157 million investment in Hala, a fintech company headquartered in Riyadh.[9]
